The primary function of the Quality Director is to assure that all Simplicity products and factories meet customer quality requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and direct the quality program for all Simplicity products;
- Manage all quality personnel including the inspection schedule, training and performance;
- Certify and audit all factories 
- Address quality issues with corrective actions executed in a timely manner;
- Analyze all quality data on a weekly basis showing product and factory quality trends;
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality processes and procedures to assure compliance with all Deco Lav / Suite Simplicity compliance and test standards;
- Develop and implement procedures for the timely disposition of any discrepant product including methods to assess cost and responsibility;
- Continuous improvement 
- Develop document control systems for quality records and reports;
- Assure that all quality personnel have required drawings, tools and standards for inspection;
- Perform other tasks as directed

Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- 5 yrs + experience in quality combined with a demonstrated track-record of accomplishments as a quality control manager 
- Proven ability to manage personnel
- Proven ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to analyze and interpret data and project trends
- Good Chinese and English communication skills
- Detail oriented, work well under pressure, meet deadlines and possess a can-do attitude
- MS Office Suite with MS Project software, Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong, positive communicator
- Self starter with ability to manage priorities requiring little direction
- Travel required
